[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Add email subscription sign up text to bottom of every post

I know Jetpack has the box in the Comments area to subscribe to posts but I’d still like to add text at the bottom of every post and a few pages that allows users to sign up for email posts.
Rather than using another email newsletter service, I just want to copy the same simple email signup box that Jetpack uses.
How can I do this?
