[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] JetPack throws error

Whenever I run an “Update” for any updated extensions when I have JetPack installed, I get this error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 30670848) (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /homepages/41/d115331837/htdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4342
