[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Search Stats Broken

I recently experienced some downtime and after that also migrated to a new host. During this process, Jetpack seemed to have suffered issues and now although the overall stats are right, the search engine terms stats (and probably the outgoing links stats too) are vastly under-reported.

I have tried deactivating, reactivating, reconnecting to WordPress.com. Hasn’t helped. What should I do?
