[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Subscribe widget information shows up in my meta description

I just noticed that now that I’ve activated the subscriber widget, the information I have for that is now showing up on all my meta descriptions. Since my stuff is also on google news, this definitely sticks out.

The ‘keep up to date’ portion is what I had on the subscribe widget and for some reason it shows up with every post that gets indexed on google.
Anyone else having this.
