Good afternoon. Can you tell me why your plugin causes a very long page load? I will describe the problem: When a person places an order in woocommerce on the page /checkout/ when he has filled in all the data and clicks on the button name=”woocommerce_checkout_place_order” id=”place_order” the page loads with your active plugin for about 12-14 seconds, which is a very long time, users leave the page without completing the payment on the page /checkout/order-pay

    1. I recorded a video, in this video your plugin is active on my site – https://disk.yandex.ru/d/ckpiB1i7v30V9g

    2. In this video, I deactivated your plugin, in general, I noticed that my site began to work faster, including the admin panel – https://disk.yandex.ru/d/uKwNNwh67fHBDw

In general, I use your plugin in order to use the woocommerce app for the phone, is there no other way to use the woocommerce app for the phone?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @vovaclean,

    Thanks for sharing the videos!

I see that Jetpack is well connected and working okay on your site at the moment, which is a great place to start.

The loading issue that seems to be triggered upon Jetpack is activated, could be a plugin or theme conflict, and Jetpack is simply a component of it.

I recommend checking for plugins conflict by using the Health Check plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

On the Troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Let me know what you find out.

    Lastly:

In general, I use your plugin in order to use the woocommerce app for the phone, is there no other way to use the woocommerce app for the phone?

I am afraid there is no other way, but we’re happy to work on setting up Jetpack with you ??

Thanks for the advice , I used the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ and that’s what happened to me:

I made a comparison video with my theme and with the theme of the standard twenty-twenty.

Here are the plugins that were activated in both cases:
    1. Jetpack
    2. Woocommerce
    3. Arsenalpay – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/arsenalpay-for-woocommerce/

    a) Here is a video with my theme (Big Point)
    https://disk.yandex.ru/d/Mc5NIKW_6X163Q

    b) This is a video with a standard twenty twenty theme
    https://disk.yandex.ru/d/ey3lo5tQhKoJRA

It really looks like the problem is in the Jetpack plugin and not in the theme, because the download speed was the same

    Hi @vovaclean

I checked your site and it is not connected to the Jetpack at the moment.

Could you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:

    1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
    2. Scroll down to find the _Connections_ area.
    3. Click _Manage site connection_.
    4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
    5. Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle

Good afternoon. Yes, I deliberately disabled your plugin, because such a long download negatively affects our reputation, we tracked that it annoys users a lot and they leave at the payment stage.

Explain why you want me to activate your plugin again?

    Hi @vovaclean,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

We’d need to see Jetpack in action (meaning being active and connected to your site) to understand what’s causing the slow time at your end.

From what I can see from the video you shared, there is still some slow time but it tends to be better when your site is on the Twenty-twenty theme. Can you confirm this for me?

Can you also confirm that Health Check found no plugin conflicts at all?

Let me know if you’re able (or comfortable) to reactivate and reconnect Jetpack. Otherwise, you may want to create an exact copy of your site on the same server you’re currently using, so we can do the tests over there instead.

Keep in mind that there still might be some differences in place that can affect the way we troubleshoot the issue, however, if you need your site to be functional for your business, perhaps testing on a cloned site could be a good option to consider.
