[Plugin: Jetpack Easy Playlists] Can't get this plugin to work

Please help: I have followed the directions for this plugin here:

However, when I insert the shortcode [jplaylist] into my page, nothing comes up except that code. I have 10 songs I want to make into a playlist on a page, and I can’t find an easy plugin for this. For those of us new to WordPress and shortcodes, please explain how to install and get this plugin running.
