Plugin: Jetpack – Publicize page not found

I recently transfer my blog from WP.com to WP.org, ive used Jetpack Publicize to share my blog post to my facebook page.
the posts that ive schedule in my old WP.com is fine with the picture and the title, but the new posts that ive schedule on WP.org are show the box post with diffrent picture and 404 error (page not found).
When i push the FB box its tranfer me to my blog but how can i change it to the original pic & original post name?
How can I fix that?
