• We are a business and use UPS Worldship for shipping products. We set up the Jigoshop Official UPS shipping plugin and have been testing/comparing the rates.

With small packages approx. under 40 lbs, the rates between the plugin and Worldship agree.

In some instances though, I will place items in cart like a 50 lb and 10 lb item (60 lbs total) and the plugin rate will match Worldship. But, when I have 5 of a 12 lb item (also 60 lbs total), the calculated shipping will be higher in the plugin than on Worldship.

We do not have measurements on our items as we do not ship in oversized boxes. I do not know why there is a discrepancy if the weights are the same.

And that leads me to a second question: We typically don’t ship out anything over 56 lbs, but it looks like the plugin wants to consolidate items to the 70 lb limit. Is there a way to code for a cap or maximum weight setting so that the plugin will “roll over” to another box?

    Thank you.
