I did a lot of research on WordPress eCommerce plugins and I was all ready to give JigoShop a try. So I was going through the list of requirements. I contacted my hosting company (BlueHost) to ask about the following requirement:

“host permission writing to the temporary directory ‘/var/php_sessions'”

Their answer was: “Because we’re running a shared server environment, customers are not allowed access to the /var/ folder”

Do you know if there is any work-around that will allow me to use the JigoShop plugin?

Does that mean no one who has a BlueHost hosted website can use this plugin?

I’m eager to use this plugin so if you have any work-around or suggestions I’d appreciate it.
