css/display.css, line 49, remove:

width: 100px;

I’ll release a fix for this in the next beta.

Just thought I would let you know that I have resolved this. The main issue was the theme i was using, didn’t like any of the job manager posts, etc. Moved to another theme – no problems in this area.
