[Plugin: Job Manager] Changes to App Form Settings are not saved

  • First of all, thanks for the great work on this plugin. It’s much appreciated.

    I’m using wordpress version 2.9 along with the latest version of your plugin, and my problem is that changes that I make to the “App Form Settings” page are not being saved when I click “Update Application Form”.

    No error messages are shown, and the page does refresh, but the changes are not committed. As a side note, I also get an error about the permissions to the “upload” and “icons” directories, although I’ve set the permissions to both to 777.

    I’m using the Arras theme. Please let me know if I can provide any more specifics about this problem.

    I’ve confirmed and fixed the problem with the application form not saving. If you’d like this fix immediately, please check it out from SVN:

    Otherwise, I’ll be releasing 0.4.1 in the next day or two.

    I haven’t been able to reproduce the permission problem yet, but I’ll continue testing.

    I’ve reproduced and fixed the permission problem.

    This is probably a good point to release 0.4.1, so I’ve done that. Please let me know if it fixes the problems you’re seeing.

    Hi! Thanks for this plugin!

    I’m having similar issues with the application form.

    1. The application form will only allow me to have a certain number of items in the different sections. For example in the top section I can only have 3, i.e. name, surname and email. when I try to move a new item up there the form bounces it out. am I missing something that I should check to add more items to different sections?

    2. When I try to move some items around, the form seems to default to certain placements and won’t let me move things.

    Hrrm, I’m seeing a similar problem. Thanks for the bug report, I’ll get this fixed for the next release. (Due out in the next few days.)

    Found the problem and fixed it, I’ll be releasing it in 0.4.4.
