[Plugin: Job Manager] Emails List – How to Fill it?

Hi, I have the latest version of Job Manager 0.7.20 and WordPress 3.3.2,
I would like to use all the emails from Job Applications to send manually or even better automatically a newsletter to all the applicants.Unfortunately the Emails Page is always empty and I have no idea how to make it work.
