[Plugin: Job Manager] fields needed in registration page

Registration form ask for two question (username and Email) but I want to make some extra fields on registration page. as fields are available on jobmanager’s apply link (first name, last name, address, qualification, experience etc).
how to make or call these field in Registration page?
