[Plugin: Job Manager] Filter applications without case sensitive

Hello

i was wondering what php code do i have to change to change the case sensitivity when you filter an apllication

for example if theres applications with the letter M but the name has lower case it will display nothing

i know some php but not really sure what you have to change the strlen or something like that
