  • You have several options…

You can go to privacy setting tab and switch of(temporally) search engines…

You can see if you seo plugin (eg: yoast seo plugin does that) was the option to communicate with your site map to temporarily disables the indexation of that page

You can install robosmeta plugin (I think…) from yoast and select that page to disallow search engines for that specific page.

This are only some suggestions. Please read all the information that is available from all the solutions that I am suggesting here

I can see the suggested Google XML sitemaps plugin gives you the option to exclude posts or pages by their ID. This might work.

What I have since noticed, is that even if you trash the jobs listing page, you can still see it by going directly to the URL address.

    This can’t be right?

Also, I see that the job applications page is set as a sub of “jobs”.

I want the “applications” page and not the “jobs” page at this stage.
I’m assuming if I succesfully take away “jobs” it will also take away the “applications” page, so do I need to find a way of relocating the applications page also?

The actual pages used for this plugin are not listed in the page list of wordpress are they ?
