[Plugin: Joomla 1.5 Importer] Non-Latin characters

Although the plugin seems to be working exactly as advertised and the joomla articles get imported with no trouble, there is however one little glitch that should be fixed: non-latin characters in the joomla category names at the import screen are displayed as ???. Obviously an encoding thing.
