[Plugin: Joomla/Mambo To WordPress Migrator] Cant select MySQL Database.2006 – MySQL server has gone

  • I’m having problems importing content from a large content section. All other parts of the plugin seem to be working fine, but I keep getting this issue. I’m guessing it comes from the SQL server timing out. Is there someting I could add to the code to force it to keep alive?

    OK still trying to get this to work, if keeping the SQL server alive isn’t an option, can I limit the number of posts it tries to do for each category. I have no problems importing smaller categories but anything over around 200 posts and the script just stops before it has finished.

    If I can import posts in batches of around 150 at a time from the same category then I can do it step by step.
