Hi and thx so much for this plug-in. Ill give a virtual-beer ??

Yesterday i made a test run to do my migration. I have 23.000+ users, and 5000 articles.

All the users where imported into WP, and the test category on 130 posts. It all went well.

To day i decided to take 54 articles and migrate them into WP… using the same precedure as i did yesterday.

Now it give me a problem saying :
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 74 bytes) in /public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 636

Pretty strange since i had no problem yesterday.

Now i want to know how i disable the Import Users in the .php of your script ? Can i do that ?

I hope that will do the trick.

Also i have another question :

Is it possible to make a check in the script that do this :
If author-alias are filled, then use that as the author on WP…. else use the logged in user-field.

hope you know what i mean ? ??

And sorry for my bad english

the reason for the memory allocation error message can be that your wordpress tables are filleed and the wordpress cache has post and pages.
if you empty the wordpress tables (truncate) – posts, terms, users etc. the migration may work.

otherwise try to set the memory limit higher in your webserver settings or with a php ini_set() command.
