[Plugin: JQuery Accordion Menu Widget] Menu shooting to the top of page content

I am having a problem. I am using the menu on a page with the shortcode, and even though I am putting the code at the bottom of the page, the menu is popping up to the top. What is going on and how can I fix it? Thanks ahead of time.
