[Plugin: jQuery Collapse-O-Matic] Not Collapsing At All…?

    Hi,

    Hoping I can get some quick help here…

    I’m working on a site that I am hosting locally on my machine, have installed and activated the latest version of the plugin (1.4.6), added the short code to my WordPress page in the HTML editor:

    [expand title="Trigger Text"]
Content Here
Content Here
[/expand]

    …and nothing happens. I see this on my updated page:

    > Trigger Text
    Content Here
    Content Here

    …but the link is open and does not collapse when clicked.

    I’ve tried in Firefox and Safari…same result. Nothing.

    I feel like I’m missing something very obvious!

    Please post a link to your site. Sounds like there is a javascript error being caused by your theme or a plugin.

    Hey, like I said its being hosted locally right now on my machine. I guess I’m wondering what else needs to be checked or configured if anything in order for it to work?

    I do have a couple other scripts running, that use JQuery etc. Figure it might be a conflict of sorts, but not sure where to look.

    Same here after upgrade, sorry acant relase site since we have a lanch in a few days, but same problem as above..nothing happens, worked before update..

    Great plugin otherwise!

    That’s great you got it working…still not working here. Anyone have any idea as to what or where I might check for Javascript errors?

    Is the install of the plugin and shortcode all I needed to set it up, or is there an extra step i’m missing?

    Check for JS errors:
    1. In Chrome: View > Developer > JavaScript Console
    2. In Firefox: Tools > Web Developer > Error Console
