[Plugin: jQuery Collapse-O-Matic] Use in Page Templates?

I was trying to figure out (with no success) if it’s possible to use the shortcode and attributes in a page template somehow?

echo’ing the shortcode will work, but I’d like to have PHP in the content area of the shortcode…which of course does not. (or does it?)

Any bump in the right direction would be great, thanks.
