Plugin: jQuery Colorbox doesn't take effect

Hi all,

Just want to know if anyone can help me out, I tried installing the jQuery Colorbox plugin on this site and it doesn’t seem to take effect.

I’m not sure what’s currently wrong, but whichever related plugin I install, the page seems to have problems showing the plugin’s features.
