Are you seeing any error messages? We tested the upgrade on several WordPress installations without issue before releasing the new version.

Were you able to downgrade and restore your site?

I tried to activate JW-player this morning, now my site is completley down!!!!! I cannot get back into word at all!!!! When trying to access the site I get this message.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Hosting\8738119\html\wp-content\plugins\jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress\jwplayermodule.php on line 289

I need help please, How do I get my site back up.

can any one help me…
I know how to work most of it but right now Im not
sure how to intergate the jw player with Amazon cloudfront and wordpress.
We want a playlist as the jw player for audio only and a download button for each song.
We also want s2 Member to track downloads for each song on the playlist for the membership program we set up.
Free users can download 10 songs a month and paid members can download 30 songs a month.
I don’t know how s2 Member can track a playlist of songs on jw player.
I have all the songs in my Amazon S3 bucket but again,
I just dont know how to make it into a playlist and have it tracked by s2 Member.

You should be able to add your cloudfront videos via the External Media tab in the Media Manager.

As for s2 Member, I’m not familiar with this service so can’t provide you with much guidance unfortunately.
