Plugin keeps automatically deactivating

  • I am using this plugin since a year or so, it keeps automatically deactivating, it happen thrice already and i think it gets deactivated when i update other plugins, I think support team need to test this, if happen on regular interval i will loose my sale.

  • Yes, we’ve found this happens with courier guy and has been happening for a few years. I’ve had WP Activity Log installed on our site but it never picks up on the deactivation of courier guy, only the reactivation after I’ve noticed it’s deactivated on its own. When I reported this happening ages ago, the developers said I was the only one with the issue at the time, so I’m relieved to see it’s not just us after all! I really hope courier guy fix this as we’ve also lost out on sales due to the plugin just randomly deactivating – with no obvious reason. I thought it was when you updated Woocommerce, but it doesn’t seem to be the case as I’ve just logged on and found the plugin deactivated without anything being updated. It’s random and very strange.

    Same here. On select websites it de-activates and on other websites it works just fine.

    Would be nice if it logged the reason for deactivation so we can debug the possible conflict.
