Plugin keeps duplicating my CPT

really no clue about this one. I have a dev server where this is working perfectly. On the live site, every change I make (every time I “submit” a form that is using the post update feed), my Custom post gets duplicated and put into draft mode.
ANY help with this would be amazing.
I’m assuming it is not this plugin since the dev site is infuriatingly working just fine.
