[Plugin: Keyword Statistics] Plugin doesn’t work toether with the_meta in post

You have to filter the keys instead. Don’t use the_meta but get_post_meta for the custom fields you need. See https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/get_post_meta for details. Something like that:
