[Plugin: LeagueManager] Install Error with WP 3.1

I am trying to install this plugin on my test site which is running WP 3.1 I get the following error:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 31719424) (tried to allocate 758786 bytes) in /homepages/26/d175753518/htdocs/mothershead/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1420

Is this an issue with the plugin not being compatible with 3.1 or is there a server issue I should be looking into? Any help would be appreciated.
