[Plugin: Learninglog] Cannot register a learner or add assignment

    Hi I’ve just installed the latest wordpress with learninglog and buddypress.
    Network is enabled and I am definitely logged in as admin but I cannot register a learner (or create an assignment)because I get the error:
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Can you help please?

  • jtreweek were you able to resolve your error? I am getting the same error in a local install using MAMP.

    Thanks for reporting this topic.

    Learninglog is designed to have different functions/menus for different user roles.

    As a network admin you are neither a teacher nor a learner, so you are not privileged to register learners nor to create assignments.

    Thus you have to register (yourself as) teachers/learners. To do so make sure to have enabled “Both sites and user accounts can be registered.” in the “Registration Settings” section inside of the “Network Settings” section of your site. Then go to /register and follow the registration procedure.
