[Plugin: Learninglog] no assignement visible and german language on frontpage

Hi,
First of all thanks.

I tried 2 times (last with a fresh WP-WPMU-Bpress install) to get an assignement (assigned to a group the student is part in) to be visible by this student.
WPMU has its root in /proj subfolder (not domain) and works perfectly, BuddyPress has no problem with that.

I also tried in your demo and it works fine so I guess something is wrong in my setup.

In error_log I get:

Additionally, if I choose a language different from english for frontpage, I get everything in german (or swiss german). I’d prefer to get it in english by default ??
