Hi, I’ve installed the lifter lms plugin on my dara-themed website.
(love this theme, btw, so I really don’t want to change the theme)

However, after installing I got the message that the theme doesn’t support colums/tables, so my pages could appear differently. Thinking: ok, duely noted. I closed the message.

Now I notice several pages are shown blank, pages which include colums/tables.
Such as a check-out page, and a dashboard page for members.

Is there any way this could be fixed?
Annex you’ll find the url to the course page, clicking a plan’s button, you arrive at a blank checkout page.

Thank you very much for your help/advice/… ??
    Have a splendid day!

  • Hi there,

Annex you’ll find the url to the course page, clicking a plan’s button, you arrive at a blank checkout page.

Looking at the source code for the resulting page, https://www.havancoaching.be/profile/kassa/?plan=1811, in my browser, there is no content at all. This is unlikely to be the theme – the theme controls how content is displayed, not whether or not the content is loaded on the page to start with. If the content that should be on that page is inserted by the LMS plugin, then the problem is more likely to be with that plugin itself.

That said, we cannot ensure compatibility with every one of the tens of thousands of WordPress plugins out there, so there isn’t really anything we can do here.

Please ask the developers of that plugin if there’s a way that you can declare support for their plugin’s unique features in a particular theme. If there is, you should be able to make the necessary changes by creating a child theme of Dara. But that’s also not something we’re able to help with – if you’re not able to create a child theme yourself you may need to hire a freelance developer to do it for you.

I see you’ve already opened a thread with that plugin in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/blank-pages-61/, so please be patient for a reply from them.
