[Plugin: Lightbox Plus] Always open in Lightbox

Using lightbox plus in a WP (custom) theme I am working on, live test site at https://www.simonvincent.co.uk.
Clicking on the first book spine (the pink one) opens up a lightbox with the book info, images and a video. All works great!
The problem being, if you copy the post url and type it direct in to the browser address bar you get directed to the post (as expected) but it opens up as a normal page. What I need is for each to post to always open up in the lightbox, no matter how or where they have come from. So, if they stumble across a post in google, and click the direct url, it will always redirect them to the main index page and open up the post in the lightbox.
Does that make sense and is this at all possible?
