[Plugin: Lightbox Plus] Conflict with bwp-minify

lightboxPlusColorbox() which writes out the initial command in jQuery(document).ready() is printed above the source code for jquery.colorbox-min.js

Suggested resolution:
move the add_action(‘wp_footer’) to have a priority that is larger than 100 (say, 200?)
