    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that the plugin works via JavaScript and the survey is being completed via AJAX.
    There are not so many JavaScripts and CSS-s that are included in the working?process of the plugin.

    I want to mention, that, we don’t know what Theme exactly you are currently using.
    There are thousands of Themes in WordPress and, obviously, we haven’t tested the plugin with all of them.?

    You can install the plugin and test it with your Theme.?
