[Plugin: Lil Omi Shoutbox] Plugin Settings?

Ok so I’m probably missing something really obvious. I just downloaded the Lil Omi Shoutbox plugin for my site and activated it but I can’t seem to find the “plugin settings”?.

apparently I need to enter my email into the plugin settings but I don’t see an option for it. I’ve looked at the editor for plugins, the code, anything related.

Secondly, this is probably a result of the first part, but the plugin doesn’t show up as a widget in my widgets menu. So I can’t even drag it over or anything. Thoughts? What am I missing?
