• I’ve just installed this plugin after seeing it so highly rated, and I’m looking forward to the sense of security ??

I checked the options and see everything for getting the limits set, but if someone ends up locking themselves out and contacts me about it, how do I reset/unlock them?

I read that it is possible to go into database under WP-options and clear the value there, but is that clearing it for everyone, or just a specific IP? Is there a simpler way to see and unlock a user without requiring PhpMyAdmin access, etc.
    Thanks,
    -C

If there are any lockouts active there is a button in the settings to remove all of them, though you cannot (currently) remove individual lockouts.

I do not recommend manual changes to the database unless you really have to, and know what you are doing.
