[Plugin: Link Library] Category Title – Description confusion

This maybe something I have just not set up correctly:

There appears to be a problem when showing a category description in both the Link Element Settings fields and the Link Categories Settings field.

If I select to Show Category Description, the result is that the category title is replaced by the Description. In my case that means the entire description is shown as H2 at the head of my link list, and it replaces the title in my category list.

Once I unchecked the show category description box, I am now at the situation where I am displaying the category title TWICE at the head of my link list. I have no idea why.

Note: the only structural change I have made to your script is that I changed the Notes field on the submission form to a textarea, so that would not have effected this.

By the way – this general script is much better than things like the Business Directory type plugins that are around (I have been trying them all). If you can find a way to add optional extra fields to the link table (address, google map and so on), then this would be one heck of a plugin.
