[Plugin: Link Library] Weblink does not obey link's target setting

    If you choose to display the Weblink itself in the links display, then on a page using this config, clicking the weblink URL ignores the target value set against the link and instead always loads the link in the same window. If you included the link name in the config then clicking this on the same links page does obey the target value of the link entry. So if you include both (name and weblink), its a toss-up which one the user will click and so as a developer you can’t predict the window outcome.

    Can this please be fixed such that the weblink also obeys the target window designation?

    Update to version 4.6.7, available a bit later today, to address this issue. Please confirm that it works as expected and mark the issue as resolved if it does.
