[Plugin: LISL Last-Image Slider] Unclear how to insert a slider on a page

  • The “instructions” say:-

    6.Now you can edit your theme and put, where you prefer, the slider effect using this call:
    <?php if ( function_exists(‘display_last_image_slider’) ) { display_last_image_slider(); } ?>

    This is not much to go on, but it seems to suggest that I have to hack my theme with additional lines of PHP code.

    Is this the only way to make this “plugin” work?

    How do I specify a particular page to feature the slider?
