• Love the plugin!

One question. I use Thematic with child themes, and I’d rather have my template folder live in the child theme.

Is there a way to make this change be selectable?

“Changed STYLESHEETPATH to TEMPLATEPATH to point to the parent theme.”

Alternatively, can the plugin look into the parent theme for a template, and if not there, look to the current child theme (via STYLESHEETPATH)?

Thanks for your consideration. And for one of the most useful plugins!

Yes, I’ve considered that, I’ll look into it, and add it on the next release.

    Thanks for using the plugin!

Thanks, Fernando, you’ve done it. Now, whether you place the template files (within the folder list-category-posts) in the parent theme folder or the child theme folder, the plugin will find them. Fernando has coded it such that first the plugin looks inside the parent theme folder (TEMPLATEPATH), and then inside the child theme folder (STYLESHEETPATH). It is no longer necessary to dig into the list-category-posts.php file and change the path name.

However, with this latest revision (v. .18.3), the code has been rewritten so that it is necessary to rewrite templates.
