[Plugin: List category posts] Posts/pages imported via CSV plugin = not displayedd in [catlist]

This plugin is awesome and I’m very thankful to Mr. Fernando for developing it.
but has two problems

1. Not compatible with CSV imported posts/pages via CSV.
When I import a post/page via another plugin named “CSV Importer”, then [catlist] code doesn’t list such articles.

For example
This article was imported through CSV importer
https://mrunal.org/2012/03/econ-debt-equity.html

And it doesn’t get listed here under [catlist]
https://mrunal.org/economy

2. Map Categories to Pages
By default, WordPress doesn’t allow Pages to have categories. so I used a plugin called “Map Categories to Pages” to give category to pages. But [catlist] doesn’t display such pages either. I’ve total 59 such pages.

By the way, the plugin works excellently on regular posts. Just having problem in above two cases.
