    I installed Livefyre yesterday. Installation of the plugin was successful and i updated to latest version. But in admin panel under livefyre settings there appears only message:

    Livefyre is importing comments from your WordPress database. The Livefyre widget is now on your site and users can leave comments, however existing comments may not appear until this process has completed.

    Working…

    this message stays since yesterday like a loop forever.

    and the comment boxes on my blog disappeared. Instead, if i click on the link to comment a post it forwards me randomly either to yahoo, technorati etc.

    If I disable Livefyre Plugin, comment boxes appear again.

    Anyone has the same problem?

    Thank you for help. The support of livefyre is already analyzing my website and the commentbox is visible. But it doesn’t work. I didn’t get any feedbacks from your support for a week, so I don’t know if they’re still analyzing?

    Same problem here. The comment box is there, but when I access the back-end of Livefyre, the message also stays on:

    “Livefyre is importing comments from your WordPress database. The Livefyre widget is now on your site and users can leave comments, however existing comments may not appear until this process has completed.”

    So I can’t import my old comments.. But beside that, everything is fully functional.

    At the meantime Livefyre works on my blog even I didn’t hear anything from the livefyre support. I don’t know if they changed anything on my blog or it works cause of the latest wordpress update. So I didn’t change anything. I just updatet my Plugins and WordPress to newest Version.

    @gabberkopf so were you able to import you comments?

    Yes this part seems to be fixed by the Livefyre support. I gave them access to my blog. But althrough the import was completed, the comment box didn’t work for a long time. I tried a few days ago and since then the comment box works well.

    I’m getting this as well. Just stays in a forever loop importing. Now I’m on a new wordpress site, not live (in maintenance mode) and don’t even have any comments yet. I do get the livefyre comment box, but the importing message never goes away.

    @mz_ still the same for me here. I’ve also updated my Livefyre plugin to 3.05 and now, on my admin side, it just shows me

    “Livefyre is ready to use, but your old comments are still being imported and will become visible as they are processed.”

    I’ve already e-mailed support a few days ago, and they said they’re working on it.

    I have the same problem. Anyone have a fix? All my comments seem to be imported, the comment form works, but it’s still “working…….”

    Hi @bcotten and @monchee – are you both still having issues? Sorry that I’m just seeing this thread again now. Import issues tend to be specific to the site, so it’s helpful if you email us and we’ll help you through the problem. Please send us details about your site to support at livefyre dot com and we’ll look into the imports.
