• Hi,

We are having some problems with a query. here is what our hosting guys say:

I have been looking over the server, I see there has been a high spike in IO usage before the server becomes unresponsive.

Looking over the rs-sysmon logs, I am seeing a fair number of the following queries that have been running a long time:

    | 100141 | XXXX | localhost | XXXX | Query | 470 | Copying to tmp table | SELECT avg(id) AS relage, postid, query, serppage, count(query) AS num, archive FROM wp_ljlongtailseo GROUP BY postid, query, serppage HAVING serppage != -1 AND serppage != 1 AND postid != 0 AND archive = 0 ORDER BY serppage, num DESC, relage LIMIT 0, 8

This query runs for a very long period and creating problems with the server. Is there a solution for this problem.

    Please let us know.

    Best Regards,
    -Madhan

    Hi Madhan,

I will have a look at appropriate indexes for this table, that should help.

    Cheers,

Also what is your “Days before archiving” setting? Is it still the default of 28?

    Hi madhangc,

Version 1.91 should address this issue for you. Another fix for anyone is running a “Clean Database” in the admin menu for LJ Longtail SEO.

This will clean out all the unused data in the database.

    Hope this helps.

    Jon
