    So, my Site Language (from Settings > General) is different to some of my administrators’ language (from Users > Profile). Some (weirdly, not all) of the text in the plugin (I don’t know about others from Inisev, but I suspect so) is using the Site Language, disregarding the User Profile language.

    Can it be changed so that the localization is consistent? Additionally, can it be changed to honor the User Profile language instead of defaulting to the Site Language?

    Hi @storymasterq

    All of our plugins uses WordPress native translation methods that are integrated with www.ads-software.com plugin localization module.

    Because of that we cannot really interfere with it.

    Your experience could be caused because some of selected language is not translated yet, or simply language pack was not downloaded yet.

    The user has to go to Dashboard -> Updates and download his language pack there.

    That user has to be permitted to do that, if language pack is not available it will use backup language, site language or native plugin language which is English.

    Actually, my site language is in fact not English, while my user’s language is actually English, and as I mentioned, the plugin is using the site language instead of English, which is jarring when all the other plugins use the user’s language, which is English, instead of the site language.

    Is it not just something like it defaulting to localize using the site language before checking the user’s language first?
