I fixed by changing this line in /wp-content/plugins/ltw-testimonials/js/ajax.js

if ($(this).attr(“checked”) == true) {
item_checked = true;
}
with this one
if ($(this).attr(“checked”) == ‘checked’) {
item_checked = true;
}

Ooooo… and just like magic, that fixed it!
