[Plugin: Magic Fields] Upgrade from 1.1 to 1.5.8.1

When I try to automatically update the plugin I seem to lose all the data in the custom fields.
It’s kind of weird cause the data it’s on the db :\
I did it once but after all the trouble I have to stick to 1.1How can I troubleshoot this?
