[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] Changes the "Settings" tab on EVERY plugin

This was weird… when the plugin is active, if I go to the {Plugins tab in the Dashboard, EVERY plugin has a “Settings” link under it that goes to the MailChimp Settings page. Even plugins that normally do not have a “Settings” link now do, and those that did have their own settings link are over-ridden.
Give it another go, fellas!
