[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] 'Cheatin' huh' displayed for certain users wh

I can submit information successfully into the form if I’m logged into Word Press.
However, if I log out, then try to submit informaiton, I’m directed to https://mensedgemedical.com/#mc_signup where I see the ‘Cheatin’ huh?’ message.

Ideas anyone?
