[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] Mailchimp subscribe button not working

Hi there!

When someone tries to signup for our mailchimp news letter at this page:

https://lvautoguide.com/ and https://lvautoguide.com/?page_id=7 , they are taken to the inventory page (something conflicting with the search feature for the inventory I presume). How can this be fixed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
