plugin makes all previous post’s image show as thumbnails

All images in all the previous posts are showing as thumbnails.

Disabling the toggle “Images in Content” under block Lazy Load Images fixes the issue, but that means lazy load is not happening.

If I click on one of the images (its the first image on this blog) and do inspect element, this is what I see

At the end, you will see width=”150″ height=”150, which is what is resulting in the change but I am not sure how to fix this?

PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE CURRENTLY DISABLED THE PLUGIN SO YOU WONT SEE THE ISSUE.
