plugin makes constant connections to 2 IPs

Hi guys,
I noticed on my cpanel the increase of the CPU usage and after some research on the Latest visitors log zone (of the cpanel) I discovered that the plugin is making constant connections to 2 IP addresses:
198.54.115.215 – Ip from my hosting provider
210.195.117.219 – …/content/download/742/ – IP from Malaysiahttps://s31.postimg.org/ld07ln9fv/download_monitor.png
Can you please let me know why it keeps connecting to a IP from Malaysia?
